Right now in Cali we are only 2 hours and 30 min away from New Year. Lets recap this year.

Lets see 2009 started with a lot of good moments and good memories. I was with my boyfriend and everything was going amazing and up till July and then August came around and things just started going downhill. But its ok because in situations like this it is best to learn from your experience and move on. Being dumped in a text wasnt the best thing ever but i moved on.

Of course the moving on part is hard unless you got amazing friend and family like i do that can talk you out of your bad moments and be there with you to get your mind off of it at the same time. I have never felt this close to my friends before. I love all them all so dearly.

Speaking of friends i have made some amazing friends here. 2009 would not be the same without and you guys have been so amazing to me. you guys sat through and talk to me at my best and worst.

I know i am blabbing right now and i know i am forgetting to thank a lot of people but it all sums up to thanking all my friends, family and last but not least God.

I hope 2010 is a better chapter of my life.

cant wait till January 6th to finally celebrate Christmas and eat yummy food.

Cant wait to open my presents at midnight

oh and i can officially announce that i started uncharted 2 haha and so far i suck at it. haha

ps new years resolution is to be more focused on school haha and and to get toned i am really out of shape.

Alright so i was really convinced that my last drawing was one of the best I've done recently. but for some reason it ended up with only like 10 views and 1 fav and 0 comments.
I don't understand the DA system on based on how they judge. i mean i am not a fav/comment/view whore but sometimes i really put my heart and time into a drawing and it get absolutely no attention. i even joined two groups but i dont know how that really works
hm....now i am confused

also based on what does DA choose their most popular or daily deviation?
does anyone know....

anyways other than that thank you for those who did view it i hope everyone had a great christmas. feel free to share what you got as presents...or any interesting things that happened.

as for me no presents yet cause since i am Orthodox christian we do our christmas by the old calendar Julian, so we actually celebrate it on January 6th. But we open presents on new years. haha Armenians are weird i know haha but what so fan about blending in with everyone else

in 2010 it will be the 95th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. why such great importance towards it because the Armenian Genocide is not admitted. For 94 years now the Turks have denied the Armenian Genocide. As an Armenian I demand a change! As an Armenia I want to make a difference. As an Armenian I want my voice to be heard.

I am working on an Armenian Genocide drawing. Why keep quiet when God gave me a voice.

I am not hating the Turks for something that their government has done 94 years ago. All I want is for the Armenian Genocide to be recognized.

i don't know how i did it but i managed to have two new drawings up. WOOT WOOT. even though they werent too much of a success here on deviantART i don't mind at all cause i am rather glad with how they turned out.

moving on my finals are about to start and i am super nervous cause i really cant afford to get bad grades this semester since i want to transfer to a UC in fall 2010.

anyways moving on to those who are a chronicles of narnia fan the new movie will be out december 10, 2010 cant wait for that. if you become their fan on facebook you can see some new pictures from the upcoming movie.

just an insider i cut my hair and i am actually very very happy with it. haha i dont know what that has to do with anything but i felt like mentioning it.

as for art i am gonna have new stuff coming up maybe not within this two weeks cause of finals but as soon as those are out of the way i shall get to work once again. i have so many ideas i just cant wait. i am mostly excited for the piece i am gonna do for Armenian Genocide. i am an armenian and that is a very sensetive topic for me. ok lets not get person here.

i am taking an art history class in winter so that should be fun.
WOW its been a while since i had a proper update haha. and knowing me i just go on and on about things haha
